Waterloo Pk Extension, Belfast
The brief for this high-end residential project on the outskirts of Belfast was to creative a sensitively designed extension to a family home that had been built in 1938. The client also wanted to remain true to the home’s original features.
We created an open plan kitchen, dining room, family room and outdoor space, all seamlessly linked together in addition to two new bedrooms, with ensuite and shower and a spacious new bathroom.
The property boasted stunning original oak wall panelling and servant bells that our team restored.
By creating a large 2 storey extension light, space & flow were improved significantly. The installation of bi-folding aluminium doors facilitated a smooth transition into the generous garden area.
“This was such a smooth and collaborative process from our first meeting to the handover. The Collins Rolston team was meticulous in their planning, sensitive in their design and really communicative throughout. They were also able to deliver something fabulous within a challenging budget.”
